with a keen interest in deals and relationships
For some, property is learned. For others it runs in your blood. This is particularly true of Angus Parnham, a rising talent in commercial property who has family members in the area.
2023 was a big year for Angus, and since then it’s been nothing but forward momentum. That year, he completed a bachelor of property, graduating with distinction – and gained an internship with a quality Australian commercial firm. Then Angus joined us in 2024 shortly after that. Bringing with him a deep understanding of our business and sector as a result of his studies, background and traineeship.
His previous work saw him assist across sales and leasing assets, valuation and property management, while gaining an understanding of the commercial market across multiple asset classes. At Aston, that learning trajectory continues. Already, Angus is growing his skills and abilities. Developing relationships with clients while assisting our team across negotiations. As an individual, Angus has a high degree of motivation and ambition, and we’re excited to see him reach his fullest potential with us.
Asking Angus what drew him to Aston, he said he had long admired the business. “I had met Jeremy Gruzewski (Executive Director) previously, and what he had to say about Aston sparked a strong interest in joining the company. After going through the interview process, I was lucky enough to be offered a role. I appreciate that Aston has been investing in me as an individual, and I look forward to repaying this investment in coming years.”
In his downtime, Angus stays active indoors and out. He has a love for running, swimming, hiking, fishing and going to the gym. He has a favourite quote, by entrepreneur Jim Rohn, which he likes to live by: “Don’t wish it was easier, wish you were better. Don’t wish for less problems, wish for more skills. Don’t wish for less challenge, wish for more wisdom.”
