Lauren joined Aston in 2010 when the business was still in its early stages and has since grown alongside the company, becoming an integral part of its evolution. Across more than a decade with the business, she has held roles spanning operations, marketing and executive support, developing a deep understanding of both the company and the commercial property industry.

Today, Lauren oversees key areas of Aston’s operations, corporate marketing and internal processes, playing a pivotal role in keeping the business running efficiently behind the scenes while supporting its continued growth.

Known for her organisation, adaptability and ability to perform under pressure, Lauren is a trusted point of contact across the business and works closely with Director, Fred Nucara, on a range of operational and strategic initiatives.
