Thomas Rizzo

Thomas has worked in the property industry for over 15 years, both as an asset manager and a commercial property manager. In that time, he has accumulated broad knowledge and a range of diverse skill-sets. He’s also approached his life and work interactions in a unique way – a way, that has seen him thrive.

As Thomas puts it, “I love a good quote, and this is one of my favourites – ‘Positive thoughts generate positive feelings and attract positive life experiences.’” It is this positive approach, that you get positivity out - if you put it in, that guides how he works at Aston and guides his many interactions in life outside it.

The positivity in Thomas’ dealings is self-evident in how he partners with our clients and tenants. Thomas is deeply committed to effectively nurturing Aston’s landlord tenant relationships. It’s there that he ensures that not just the serious side of arrears management is under control, but that everything runs as smoothly and enjoyably as possible.

When asked about what he admires most about working at Aston, he singles out one thing. “For me it’s the people. Here, I’m working with an energised team of professionals. It’s a really supportive work team and environment. And that’s great to be a part of.”

Outside of the working week, Thomas has many interests. He’s into a ton of sports, including soccer, AFL and motorbiking. As well as travelling, camping and enjoying the great outdoors.
