Nathan Purdy

Nathan is always well prepared, impeccably professional and big on detail. At the same time if there’s a chance to add a laugh to an interaction, he’s all in. As Nathan puts it, “I enjoy making people laugh. Hopefully it makes someone’s day better as a result.”

While he likes to lighten the mood from time-to-time, Nathan is serious about what needs to be achieved for clients and is extremely goal and service focused. During each day he works hard to manage our many client enquiries, assisting with regular maintenance arrangements, assessing and delivering rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as handling day-to-day property management for a range of our commercial clients. He is also involved with many ingoing and outgoing property inspections. 

When asked about what drew him to Aston, Nathan said that after 11 years in Residential Real Estate, our reputation and people were standouts when he began thinking about moving into the Commercial Property sector. “I was attracted to Aston’s reputation and brand. Their team is solid and long-standing and that counts for a lot.”

When he’s not in-office, the week is done and it’s time to put work to the side, Nathan likes to head into the great outdoors. Which can mean a short round of golf with friends or something even more ambitious. Like heading out on a camp, a hike or a four-wheel drive across a range of interesting locations in Victoria.
