The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic and driven team by coordinating and designing high-level advertising for sale and lease campaigns. Reporting to the Executive Director – Agency, duties include:
- Coordinating marketing schedules and budgets
- Coordinating all aspects of campaign advertising, including showcasing properties on print and digital platforms
- Preparing Sold & Leased summariesProducing Sales and Leasing submissions when pitching for new business
- Managing and preparing Sold and Leased eDMs
- Liaising with creative partners to plan and execute photo/video shoots and content creation for use across all platforms
- Coordinating image markups via creative agencyUpdating in-house brochures, including template updates
- IM distribution/save (send to print, save in relevant file locations, upload to Issuu)Proofreading IMs, brochures and all other marketing collateral
- Managing Trustpilot and Google reviews including responses to all reviewsAssisting with public relations initiatives
- Preparing company information packs
- Coordinating and preparing Corporate eDMsWorking closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain consistency with brand guidelines and supporting the Agency team in achieving their targets
- Processing invoices, managing unsubscribe emails and completing other marketing administration duties and ad-hoc projects as required
What will you bring to Aston?
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator or equivalent position is required.Real estate marketing experience and an understanding of property marketing and advertising processes are highly regarded, but not essential.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related fields are preferred.IT savvy - ability to competently use a range of software packages, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.Detail-focused - impeccable attention to detail and implements a well-planned course of action to achieve tasks and responsibilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Eagerness to learn and grow with the business.Team player - works collaboratively to pursue team goals and develops positive relationships with all stakeholders.Flexibility and responsiveness - the ability to easily adapt to different priorities and tackle a variety of competing priorities and tasks with positivity and enthusiasm.
