Tony Luu

Tony is an approachable, personable and friendly face at Aston, who is highly skilled in building strong relationships with people and clients. His background in property spans six years across both residential and commercial property. In that time, Tony has gained first-hand experience in sales, leasing, valuations and portfolio co-ordination.

In Aston’s daily operations, Tony handles tenant enquiries and arranges maintenance, as well as assisting lease management, rent collection and preparing financial reports. You’ll also find him carrying out our many property inspections, managing vendor services and providing vital admin backup and support to our Property Managers.

In outlook, Tony has a positive, growth-focused mindset, and is currently completing a postgraduate diploma in property at Deakin University. He is motivated by a strong desire to take on fresh challenges for tangible results. As Tony puts it, “What gets me up in the morning is the excitement of progressing toward my goals, whether it’s advancing my career in commercial real estate, applying my education to real-world scenarios, or contributing to the success of my team.”[AW1]

When asked about what he enjoys most about Aston, Tony says it’s all about making a difference through outstanding interactions. “What drives me at Aston is the real impact I can make. By improving property performance and building strong relationships.”

In his down-time, you’ll often see Tony sampling some of the great food and dining Melbourne has to offer. He loves exploring new restaurants, enjoying a night out with friends and experiencing the local nightlife. Tony also has a unique side-hobby – building terrariums, which lets him blend his love of nature and creativity while he unwinds from the week.
