After building a successful 24-year career in various property sectors, Marc Hayden has become a significant force in the property industry. When he joined Aston some 15 years ago, Marc has created a formidable pool of experience, knowledge and expertise.

He has a dual role within Aston Commercial – overseeing a team of property managers and managing his own portfolio. Marc’s experience and passion for the industry not only ensures that clients receive excellent service, but also means that members of the Team learn to operate to our exemplary standards.

“I get a real kick from seeing the team strive and achieve,” says Marc.
Marc’s professional methodology is focused on clients’ needs – maximising returns, minimising difficulties and delivering the best possible service.

Marc believes that experience is invaluable. “Not only is it essential when providing the best possible service for Clients, but experience also gives confidence to all departments (Management, Leasing and Sales)”.

Weekends are all about family and the children’s sport, but Marc tries to fit in a round of golf and a bike ride.
