Leanne Udaya

Leanne has extensive knowledge and experience across online media, joining us from a top residential estate agent where she worked for over six years. An expert at harnessing the power of electronic direct mail (eDMs), Leanne is highly skilled at producing on-brand, on-target communications that inform audiences and generate long-term relationships.

As a valued member of our marketing team, Leanne manages Aston’s social media presence, collaborating closely with our many stakeholders to drive successful campaign outcomes. As part of our broader group, she also works with our colleagues to ensure marketing activities across Aston are communicated cohesively.

Degree qualified in Commerce and with a diploma as well as an advanced diploma in Marketing, Leanne has a strong understanding of business and the marketing function in order to aid sales. Prior to her previous tenure in residential real estate, she worked with property developers.

When asked what Leanne enjoys most about working in the commercial property sector, she is enthusiastic about the inspired thinking that comes from our industry and the fast-paced nature of sales and leasing. As Leanne puts it, “I find fulfillment in contributing to the sales process and leveraging my creativity daily at Aston. There’s always something new and different happening and it’s exciting to be a part of that."

When Leanne isn’t creating cut-through communications online, she’s happy to move away from the screens and enjoy her weekend well beyond it! Including spending time with her family as well as indulging in her passion for fitness, gym workouts, watching movies and hikes.
