D'Andra is a strong believer in creating working relationships built on trust. As an individual with 5 years in property and even more in sales, as well as dealing with high net-worth individuals in the not-for-profit sector, she works in the best interests of every Aston client. It's this drive and dedication that has seen her become an REIV award recipient, and consistently play an integral part in high performing property teams.
In her main roles with us, D'Andra is involved with important sale and lease negotiations. In addition, she undertakes valuable market research for the business and our clients, along with facilitating regular property inspections. Active in networking and communicating opportunities with business owners, D'Andra liaises with many of Aston's external parties.
Prior to arriving at Aston, she worked with a range of leading agents, as well in facilities management and property development. This background has seen D'Andra build a formidable knowledge and understanding of the commercial property sector.
With a degree qualification in property, D'Andra moved directly into commercial real estate, working with one of Australia's largest firms. Following that she joined a medium sized Melbourne commercial agent, developing focused expertise and delivering strong results in retail and hospitality transactions.
When asked what drew her initially to Aston, she says the uniqueness of the business is a standout. "Long before I joined, I'd always seen Aston as marketing and operating in a different way. And that interested me. When I heard more about the business from Aston's leaders, I was excited by the forward-thinking mindset.
When the working week concludes, D'Andra enjoys time with family and friends as well as moments of quiet contemplation. She often spends weekends at social gatherings or walking the beach and listening to her favourite podcasts expanding her knowledge.
