The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring assets are maintained, income is protected, and client expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties including retail, office and industrial assets
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Oversee lease administration, rent reviews and renewals
Monitor arrears, budgets and financial performance of properties
Coordinate maintenance, compliance and risk management processes
Deliver regular reporting with a focus on transparency and results
About You
Experience in property management, preferably commercial
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
