Scarlett thrives in dynamic, results-driven environments. Especially where she can contribute to managing high-value assets while building strong relationships. It’s one of the many reasons she’s a great fit for Aston and a valued member of our property management team. Her six-year plus career has seen her working with prestige property assets, as well as premium brands.

She has a passion for property valuations and majored in it at university in her bachelor’s degree, then following up with a postgraduate qualification. As Scarlett puts it, “I draw heavily on my background in property valuation, where I gained a strong understanding of market analysis and the factors that drive value in commercial assets. Even when my work isn’t strictly valuation-focused, it’s taught me to approach problems methodically, manage competing deadlines, and communicate clearly along the way.”

In her daily role at Aston, Scarlett oversees a range of tenant and stakeholder communication tasks, including managing work orders and co-ordinating maintenance, along with financial administration, lease and compliance administration, property and site inspections, portfolio support and internal coordination.

When Scarlett is not with us, there’s only two places she’d rather be. “Golfing ‘n travelling!” She says, are keen interests and both those options sound pretty good to many of us! Particularly when you do them together!
