With strong client focus and attention to detail, Ella is always willing to go that extra step to get the job done.

Beginning her career in the demanding area of hospitality, Ella then moved into real estate as Receptionist then up to a position as Office and Marketing Manager. A family relocation brought her to Melbourne, where she has joined us as our Agency Administration Coordinator.

A highly motivated person and believer in continual learning, Ella has completed a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate and is currently completing a Bachelor of Construction Management. “The satisfaction of finishing things to a high standard and the knowledge that other team members can rely on this” is what she cites as her main satisfaction. With an in-depth knowledge, her skill set includes property administration, team management, customer relations and stakeholder engagement. 

When not kept busy at work, Ella spends her time seeing friends, working out and exploring Melbourne.
